            and/or use the Askandanswers website and services platform for online advice and services. The Application
            is licensed, not sold, to you, on the terms below.<b>IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SITE
                AND SERVICES AND IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE.</b>

            <b>NOTICE OF CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND ARBITRATION PROVISION:</b> PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS INCLUDE A CLASS
            ACTION WAIVER AND A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION. OTHER THAN CERTAIN EXCEPTIONS, ANY DISPUTE, ACTION,
            CLAIM, OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS MUST BE RESOLVED BY ARBITRATION
            ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND MAY NOT BE ARBITRATED OR OTHERWISE PURSUED AS A CLASS ACTION. PLEASE SEE THE

            Askandanswers is a platform that allows members to connect with advisors to ask questions or request advice
            and services. Through the website and services, you can communicate directly with the advisor and pay for
            the services purchased.

            You are solely responsible for verifying an Advisor’s identity, qualifications, credentials, and other
            relevant information. Askandanswers is not responsible for such verification.
        </p>

            By using Askandanswers, you acknowledge and agree that Advisors are neither employees nor agents of
            Askandanswers. Askandanswers does not control the quality, relevancy, or accuracy of any advice provided by
            an Advisor and does not determine whether an Advisor is qualified to provide advice in specific fields.
            Advisors are independent contractors, and Askandanswers assumes no responsibility for any act or omission of
            such Advisors.

            <b>Entertainment Notice</b>: Any opinion, response, advice, suggestion, prediction, information, or other
            service provided by an Advisor is for entertainment purposes only. The advice or information provided by
            professionals (e.g., doctors, attorneys) should not be considered a substitute for in-person consultations
            or examinations. You should seek qualified professional assistance for health, legal, or financial
            decisions.

            <b>NOTICE OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS</b>: If you are in a medical or mental health emergency, or if you are

        <h4>Acceptable Use</h4>
        <p>By accessing and/or using the Site and Services, you agree to the following:</p>

                or employment.</li>

        <h4>Modifications and Termination of Services</h4>

            Askandanswers reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Site or Services, with or without
            notice, without liability to you. We may, at our discretion, terminate your account for any reason.

        <h4>Fees and Payments</h4>

            All interactions between you and an Advisor are billed through the Site and Services. You agree to pay for
            services provided by the Advisors, in accordance with the terms of service. Payment is processed via your
            credit card, debit card, or PayPal account. <br>
            By using Askandanswers, you authorize us to charge your payment method for services rendered.<br>
            Please note that fees for services are based on time increments, and any use of a partial minute will be
            rounded up to a full minute. If you do not use your account for over 12 months, an administrative fee may be
            applied to your balance.

        <h4>Payment and Refunds</h4>
        <p>
            Psychic sessions on askandanswers are charged according to the rates displayed on the site. Payments are
            processed through third-party payment processors, and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. No refunds
            are guaranteed unless specified under certain conditions, such as a technical error.

                confidentiality of your password and account information.</li>

            guarantee the accuracy or availability of any advice provided. The site and services are provided "AS IS,"
            without any warranties.

        <p>All content, including text, images, and logos on Askandanswers, are the property of Askandanswers or its
            licensors. You may not use or distribute any content without explicit permission.

        <h4>Limitation of Liability</h4>
        <p>Askandanswers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of
            the site and services. Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid for services in the one month
            prior to the claim.
